What You'll Do:
- Recruit Talented Agents: Build and execute strategies to attract and retain top-producing and emerging agents.
- Champion Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to meet and exceed financial and agent count goals.
- Drive Agent Success: Ensure agents have access to the tools, training, and resources they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Who You Are:
- A proven leader with experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
- Highly skilled in building relationships and inspiring others.
- Driven by goals with a track record of achieving measurable results.
- Experience in real estate is a strong plus but not required if you have other industry related or sales and leadership skills that transfer from another industry.
As the Recruiter, you will take charge of leading and coaching a dynamic group of agents, implementing growth strategies, and continuing to elevate our reputation as one of the most successful real estate offices in the region.
