Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to learn the fundamentals of real estate, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
Lead Generation: Master the art of lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition through various channels such as social media, networking, and community involvement.
Client Services: Assist clients in buying or selling properties, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competition to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
Negotiation: Develop negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in your services.
Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of real estate regulations and ensure all transactions adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Goal Achievement: Set and track performance goals with the support of your coach to measure progress and achieve targets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, experienced agents, and support staff to learn from their experiences and foster a sense of teamwork.

- A valid real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one).
