You will be responsible for guiding clients through the real estate process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will leverage your knowledge, sales acumen, and our industry-leading resources to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of each property in line with client requirements.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings to offer clients the best advice and insights.
- Negotiation: Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms of sale to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
- Transaction Management: Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions from contract to closing.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.

Qualifications:
- Newly Licensed and experienced agents encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Licensed real estate agent in Florida.
