Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and self-efficient Office Administrator to support our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be organized, task-oriented, and possess a creative mindset to handle various real estate-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records using Excel.
- Conduct email follow-ups with clients and leads to ensure timely communication.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and manage appointments for team members.
- Support marketing efforts through creative ideas and implementation.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software such as Dotloop, Docusign, MLS etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
