Responsibilities
As the Transaction Manager, you work closely with the Listing Broker on a day-to-day basis. Daily responsibilities include managing the Listing Broker's book of business, ensuring compliance on office transactions, managing buyer-side / seller-side transactions, and bringing new listing assignments to market. You communicate regularly with clients on behalf of the Listing Broker regarding marketing activities, showing feedback, and answering/addressing miscellaneous client questions or concerns.
You can eloquently explain the process and possible outcomes concerning the home inspection process, appraisal process, and final walkthrough process to a client. From the listing, escrow, and closing stages, you are the client’s go-to person. You’re flawless with communicating via text, email, mobile app, in-person, and/or over the phone. Your emails and text messages exude tact and class. Confidence and competence travel through communication channels, whether it be with a first-time homebuyer/seller or a seasoned real estate investor.
Coordinating with photographers, copywriters, graphic designers, printing companies, videographers, contractors, appraisers, home inspectors, and showing agents is the norm.
You’re fast and decisive. You seek productivity and accuracy. You like to be precise and to the point. You have a can-do attitude, and although you take pride in completing tasks quickly, you’re also careful and double-check your work to ensure accuracy. You love working within the Mac operating system but can also work on PC.
