You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities
- 50% Recruiting experienced Realtors
- 25% Mentoring, training, coaching
- 15% Retention and development of current agents
- 10% Management of office staff
- Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
- Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
- Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
- Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
- Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
Qualifications
- Licensed active MI Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Required
- Track record of past success in recruiting or sales
- Technology (CRM, database, Google suite) and social media savvy
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Proactive and positive
- Strong desire to exceed goals and develop new opportunities
- Great at time management and organization
- 2 years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
- Verbal and written communication skills are a must
Compensation
$72,000 - $150,000 yearly
