The Director of First Impressions / Social Media Content Creator serves as the face of our organization, ensuring that every visitor and caller receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. This pivotal role combines executive administrative support with assisting our agents' day-to-day business needs, along with the opportunity to use their existing social media content talent to create and manage content for our firm's social media platforms, creating a positive and professional environment for both clients and staff. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage a small amount of incoming calls using professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Oversee office management tasks such as maintaining supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist the leadership team with creating engaging content for our social media pages.
