Position Summary:
The MCA is the operational backbone of the office, responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, managing systems, and supporting agents in growing their businesses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is passionate about creating systems, solving problems, and working alongside a top-producing leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Market Center finances, including budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, and reporting
- Ensure accuracy of agent commissions and compliance documentation
- Support onboarding and retention of agents through exceptional systems and customer service
- Optimize office operations and manage vendor relationships
- Collaborate with the Team Leader and Ownership Group to drive productivity and profitability
- Lead special projects and contribute to the culture and success of the office
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business operations, administration, or financial management
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable with technology (command, spreadsheets, accounting platforms, CRM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, team-focused environment
- Previous real estate or KW experience a plus, but not required
