We are a thriving real estate sales team based out of Roseville, CA, with a proven track record of selling over 2,000 homes across Greater Sacramento and Placer. Specializing in distressed and institutional sales (foreclosures, short sales, bankruptcies, and auctions), we are busier than ever and we are seeking two talented licensed Realtors to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Connect with, qualify, and convert new leads
- Conduct consistent open houses and show properties
- Facilitate negotiations to close sales
This is a 100% commissioned position with minimum on-target earnings of $110,000.

In your first 90 days, you’ll dedicate a mimimum of two hours each day to lead generation through calls and follow-ups. While you’ll leverage your own network, we also provide incoming leads and curated lead lists to assist you.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with pre-qualified leads to understand their home buying needs
- Door knock and call targeted seller leads to assess their selling needs
- Host frequent open houses and show homes to potential buyers
- Prepare necessary documents, including contracts and agreements
- Provide buyers with essential information about the local housing market
- Ensure a seamless home purchasing experience for clients, including mortgage options
- Participate in team training sessions, role-play calls, and accountability meetings
- Utilize team sales scripts and methods for effective prospecting
- Track metrics related to lead generation and sales performance
Qualifications:
- Must have an active California Real Estate License in good standing
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic and a drive for success
- Competitive team player with a proactive mindset
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous sales experience is a plus
