Position Overview:
The Director of Agent Experience is an operationally focused leader with a strong business acumen, high integrity, and a proven track record of success. This individual is results-oriented, thrives on seeing others achieve, and is dedicated to supporting the Market Center’s goals by developing and implementing shared services that add value to our agents.
Their primary responsibility is to increase agent productivity by creating, managing, and scaling shared service programs within the Market Center. They will build and lead an in-person and virtual team, leverage third-party resources, and ensure that these services contribute to the overall success of our associates.
The Director of Agent Experience will identify opportunities, consult with the leadership team, implement and scale services, and track success metrics. They will celebrate successes and proactively make adjustments to achieve Market Center goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and benchmark opportunities for shared services such as Marketing Services, Listing Management, and Transaction Management.
- Develop and implement a plan to launch shared services and engage associates.
- Innovate and tailor shared service programs to meet the needs of different production levels and specialties.
- Ensure a defined percentage of associates participate in shared services, as determined by Market Center leadership.
- Recruit, hire, and lead a team to efficiently operate shared services.
- Maintain and manage the operational function of shared services, adjusting as needed.
- Define, implement, and oversee agent engagement strategies for shared service programs.
- Forecast and manage annual budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Report data and key performance metrics to Market Center leadership.
- Track results, assess profitability, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued success.

Compensation:
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. It may include a base salary, performance-based bonuses, health benefits, Profit Share, and other employee perks.
