Duties
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including creating and overseeing proper payments to realtors.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the office.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide insights on potential impacts on the organization’s finances.
- Lead budgeting processes, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory reporting requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Creating and managing tenent lease agreements.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Recievable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial services with a strong background in public accounting or governmental accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software tools and systems for effective data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
