Real Estate Company is seeking an individual with great verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude and professional appearance.

This individual takes initiative, with attention to details, yet compassionate and a cheerful welcoming disposition. He/She exhibits a results-oriented approach to situations and goals, and also relishes seeing others achieve. The Front Desk works closely with the real estate office leadership team. He/She consistently demonstrates teamwork by actively supporting the leadership team direction and its objectives.
1-3 years administrative experience a plus. The Front Desk position will need to have a relationship-based attitude.
The Front Desk is responsible for the first impressions of the Market Center. They will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office. They will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones. The position is responsible for communication with our agents, staff and clients, and will receive all incoming emails and in person inquires. Person must have computer skills(Office, google suite of programs), interpersonal skills and working with customers and clients on the phone. The candidate will provide support to the Market Center agents; facilitating new agent intake, and helping current agents acclimate to the KW systems and technology. A good understanding and use of social media, in the office communication as well as communicating with the agent base

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
