The ideal candidate will have real estate experience, project management and strong computer skills. Real estate experience includes having worked within real estate, mortgage or title, know the terminology and understand the basics of our industry. Transaction Coordination would include managing the contract-to-close process efficiently and effectively to ensure all transactions close on time, with little or no hassle to clients and third parties. There will be some client and vendor interaction and you'll need to be comfortable often working independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between team members, other agents, lawyers, lenders, buyers, sellers, vendors and town/city officials during the process of a real estate transaction and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved.
- Establish relationships with and be first point of contact for all third parties including lenders, inspectors, vendors, appraisers and all agents in order to ensure a smooth closing process and share relevant information.
- Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions.
- Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
- Assist in creating new listing files and listing marketing material
- Build, implement, and manage all systems for lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
