Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to provide informed guidance.
- Prepare necessary documentation for transactions, including contracts and disclosures.
- Organize property showings, open houses, and marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.

Experience
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of real estate administrative tasks is advantageous.
