About the Role
We are seeking passionate, client-focused real estate agents to join our thriving team in one of our offices located in the Central and Southern California regions. As a Keller Williams agent, you’ll connect buyers, sellers, and renters with properties that are perfect for their needs while delivering a world-class real estate experience. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring their goals are achieved with precision.
- Conduct market analysis to provide accurate property valuations and insights.
- Plan and execute property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Draft, present, and negotiate competitive offers on behalf of clients.
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and compliant closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, local regulations, and industry innovations.
What You Bring to the Table
Required:
- Active California real estate license.
- Proven sales or real estate experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with MLS platforms, CRM systems, and other real estate tools.
- Self-motivation, time management, and organizational excellence.
Compensation
Commission Based earning potential ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually
