Fernwood Real Estate, with Real Broker, LLC is a team of dedicated, authentic agents with a wide range of professional experience. With a team culture rooted in mutual support, Fernwood offers something for both experienced and new agents alike.

We are seeking new or experienced agents looking to expand their business through the increased leverage of team support and structure, as well as newly licensed agents looking for an environment to thrive.

All candidates should be proactive, self-motivated individuals who are solution focused, and love real estate! Ethical practice is a must and team fit is important.

Key Responsibilities

Creating, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through consistent value-add communication via event attendance, social media presence, open houses, networking, calling, email communications and text.

Providing meaningful, responsive support to clients during active property search, listing preparation, negotiations and pre/post sale to ensure real estate needs are met.

Bringing a sense of calm to challenging situations through the application of industry knowledge, common sense and emotional intelligence.

Negotiating and closing deals with integrity and professionalism.

Staying informed and up to date on market trends, including market velocity, pricing, neighborhoods, etc.

Developing clear professional/business goals and implementing activities necessary to obtain them.

Maintain active Wisconsin Real Estate License and in good standing with the Department of Safety and Professional Services.

Attending required team activities, engaging positively in team culture and core meeting team standards.

Displaying a high level of adaptability in varying environments and with a variety of personalities.

Willingness to learn new things and engage in consistent refinement of skills.

Familiarity with leveraging a CRM-system.

Direct access to Turnkey Stylings Home Staging Company to ensure your listings are professionally prepped when going to market.

Direct access to a Licensed Broker to ensure your questions are answered in a timely manner.

Coverage for time-off via team member support and availability to allow for balance in your life and business.

Work Location

In-Person: Fernwood provides exclusive office space located at 229 E Fairmount Ave, Whitefish Bay for all team members to utilize.

Real Estate Agents are able to complete some work in a remote capacity.

Clients and related properties extend across Southeastern Wisconsin.

Preferred Experience: Newly Licensed or Experienced agents may apply!

License/Certification

Active Wisconsin Real Estate License in good standing with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

Compensation

Income is commission based and provides unlimited potential. Commission splits within the team are available and discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
