Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties
- Provide clients guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale agreements
- Prepare and present offers to clients and facilitate negotiations
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys
Qualifications:
- Willingness to take the 3 real estate courses and the state test to obtain a Real Estate license
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Develop Proficiency in administrative tasks - or ability to delegate those tasks - related to real estate transactions, such as record keeping and client follow-up.
- Willingness to grow your knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including fair housing regulations with the help of our Trainers and Mentors
