At Keller Williams St. Johns, we’re seeking a Real Estate Coach for the Mighty Middle – the agents who rank in the top 50% of our office and are on the brink of greatness. They’re talented. They’re hungry. They just need YOU.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Guiding agents through the entire transaction process – from contracts to closings.
- Coaching them on listings, buyers, lead generation, and time management.
- Consulting on mindset, growth strategies, and next-level goal setting.
- Creating custom business plans focused on profitability and wealth-building.
- Being the go-to for real estate advice, best practices, and accountability.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned coach or mentor in the real estate world (required).
- A visionary who can design and launch a killer coaching program that gets results.
- A great communicator, motivator, and advocate for agent success.
- Familiar with all the “real stuff” agents deal with – and excited to roll up your sleeves and help.
- Someone who thrives on collaboration and culture – and wants to make a massive impact.
Compensation:
- Earn 20% of company dollar for each coached agent until they cap
- Bonus opportunities based on hitting coaching and performance goals

Pay: $100.00 - $96,018.00 per year
