Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance.
- Utilize negotiation and marketing skills to close deals successfully.
- Maintain organized records and manage administrative tasks related to property transactions.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to understand and comply with Fair Housing regulations
- Sales experience or a willingness to learn
- Real Estate License required
- Basic knowledge of real estate law and property management is a plus
- Negotiation and marketing skills are advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred
- Organizational and administrative skills will enhance performance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
