Job Description: Are you passionate about real estate and eager to start your career with one of the most successful names in the industry? Keller Williams San Diego Metro is seeking Aspiring Real Estate Agents who are motivated, ambitious, and excited to make an impact in the San Diego real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with leasing properties by showing available units, answering tenant questions, and facilitating lease signings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the leasing and home-buying process.
- Generate leads and build a network of potential buyers, renters, and sellers through phone calls, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Learn and apply the fundamentals of real estate transactions, including lease agreements, contracts, and negotiations.
- Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to develop your skills in sales, leasing, and property management.
- Attend property showings, open houses, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and leasing options to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Active California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their ideal new home.
- Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Self-driven, with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
