Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, and renting properties
• Guide clients through the leasing process, from property search to lease signing
• Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Utilize company resources and tools to generate leads and market properties
• Attend training sessions and continuously develop your skills

Qualifications:

• Active California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their ideal new home.
• Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Self-driven, with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
