Qualifications:
- Active California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their ideal new home.
- Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Self-driven, with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full commission base
Pay: $90,000 - $140,000 annually at plan full commission based only.
