Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and highly skilled Real Estate Buyer Specialist to join our thriving team. This role will focus on helping clients navigate the home buying process while also offering leasing services to meet the growing demand in San Diego’s diverse property market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong drive to succeed, and a commitment to delivering a superior client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with prospective buyers and tenants to identify their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance throughout the home buying and leasing process.
- Conduct property searches, show homes, and present market data to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them from initial consultation to closing and beyond.
- Negotiate offers and handle all necessary paperwork and contract details.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and property values within the San Diego area to ensure expert-level advice for clients.
- Collaborate with other real estate agents, lenders, and service providers to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications:
- Active California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their ideal new home.
- Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Self-driven, with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
