Job Description: We are seeking a Real Estate Expert with a strong focus on Leasing to join our thriving team at Keller Williams San Diego Metro. As a Real Estate Expert, you will assist clients in both leasing and buying properties, ensuring they receive top-tier service and guidance throughout their real estate journey. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients in the leasing and sales process.
- Help clients buy, sell, and lease residential properties.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market trends and property values.
- Offer expert advice on pricing, property marketing, and investment opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and potential buyers.
- Conduct property showings, assist in lease negotiations, and guide clients through the leasing process.
- Utilize Keller Williams’ cutting-edge technology and tools to streamline the process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent clients in all aspects of the leasing process, from property tours to lease signings.
- Continuously stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve personal and office-wide goals.
Qualifications:
- Active California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their ideal new home.
- Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, or related fields preferred but not required.
