Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential properties
• Guide clients through the home search, offer process, and closing transactions
• Provide leasing services for property owners and tenants
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
• Leverage the latest technology to manage listings, track progress, and stay organized
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development programs

Qualifications:

• Active California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their ideal new home.
• Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Self-driven, with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
