Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Property Listings & Marketing: Assist clients in listing, marketing, and selling residential properties by offering expert advice on pricing, staging, and presentation.
• Negotiation & Transactions: Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients. Ensure smooth transactions from initial offer through closing.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends, neighborhood information, and local real estate regulations to provide clients with valuable insights.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
• Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience
• Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
