Your Role & Impact
- Recruit & Expand: Lead efforts to grow our agent count by 100 in 2025, bringing in top talent aligned with our core values: Growth, Hustle, Consistency, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor agents, foster a results-driven culture, and ensure every team member has the tools to succeed.
- Host High-Impact Events: Organize powerful recruiting and training events to engage, educate, and attract top talent.
- Drive Performance: Track key metrics and implement strategies that fuel continuous growth and success.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2 years of experience in real estate recruiting, leadership, or team building
- Strong knowledge of agent growth strategies, retention, and culture development
- A high-energy, results-driven mindset with a passion for leadership
- Massachusetts Real Estate License required
