Job Description:
As a Market Center Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty, you will be responsible for the growth, productivity, and profitability of the office while fostering a dynamic and collaborative culture. This role requires a motivated and results-driven leader who can attract, retain, and develop top real estate talent. You will play a critical role in setting and executing business strategies to expand market share, drive agent success, and ensure the financial health of the Market Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Recruitment: Attract, hire, and retain high-performing real estate agents while fostering a culture of growth and achievement.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and establish Keller Williams as the dominant brokerage in the area.
- Agent Productivity & Coaching: Mentor and coach agents to help them achieve their professional and financial goals.
- Financial Oversight: Understand and manage the Market Center’s P&L to ensure profitability and financial stability.
- Operational Excellence: Work closely with the ownership group, administrative staff, and agents to optimize office performance and efficiency.
- Culture & Community: Build an environment that reflects Keller Williams' core values and mission while driving engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience in Sales) with a proven track record of success.
