As a **Productivity Coach**, you’ll have the unique opportunity to mentor and guide agents—helping them move from where they are to where they want to be. You'll be instrumental in driving their productivity, motivating them to reach their full potential, and supporting them through proven Keller Williams systems and models.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Coaching & Mentorship:** Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on productivity, goal setting, and business growth, ensuring agents meet and exceed their goals.
- **Lead Powerful Training:** Deliver engaging training on Keller Williams' industry-leading tools, systems, and best practices (Command, Ignite, Bold, etc.), empowering agents to excel.
- **Track & Measure Success:** Monitor agent progress with regular check-ins and performance metrics to ensure they stay on track and hit their targets.
- **Empower Agents to Succeed:** Provide ongoing coaching around lead generation, conversion strategies, time management, objection handling, and closing deals.
- **Foster a Culture of Success:** Inspire agents by cultivating an environment of growth, positivity, and high performance within our Market Center.
- **Collaborate for Success:** Work closely with Market Center Leadership to ensure coaching aligns with our vision and values.
**What You Bring:**
- **Real Estate Expertise:** A minimum of 5 years in real estate sales with an active real estate license.
- **Coaching or Mentorship Experience:** Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching is highly desirable.
- **Tech-Savvy:** Comfort with Keller Williams tools and platforms like Command and KW Connect to drive agent success.
- **Leadership Skills:** Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills to help agents achieve their goals.
- **Organizational Mastery:** Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple coaching relationships at once.
