We are looking for a ROCK STAR candidate for our Front Desk Receptionist role to join the amazing office staff at Keller Williams St. Joseph.
The ideal candidate will be an administrative powerhouse, have a strong customer service background, an accommodating and supportive spirit, as well as strong attention to detail. They will have a professional image and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Ongoing professionalism with staff, leadership, sales associates, clients and vendors is essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an inviting atmosphere in the office.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Learn Keller Williams Technology and be able to assist agents in learning it.
- Plan and Execute events within the office to create an engaging culture.
- Light Cleaning Duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Being a self starter and taking initiative in day to day tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and basic office software is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Typical Hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10am-3pm. Hours outside of those times occasionally needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
