Key Responsibilities:

• Listing Operations:
• Manage all facets of the listing process, from lead generation to signed agreements.
• Conduct listing appointments, price analyses, and property marketing.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare, stage, and market homes effectively.
• Lead Generation & Social Engagement:
• Commit to daily time-blocked lead generation activities.
• Create engaging video and social media content that connects with the local community.
• Serve as an influencer and the face of Lewke Partners on all social platforms, driving attention and engagement.
• Creative Marketing:
• Develop innovative campaigns to attract potential sellers.
• Brainstorm new ways to get noticed and hired as the go-to listing team in the area.
• Stay ahead of real estate trends and integrate cutting-edge strategies into the business.
• Learning & Development:
• Absorb training on people management, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Embrace mentorship and feedback to grow into leadership roles.
• Shadow and assist the Lead Listing Specialist to gain unparalleled insight into high-level operations.
• Team Collaboration:
• Actively participate in team initiatives, meetings, and events.
• Support and uplift colleagues, contributing to a positive and ethical work culture.

• Licensed Realtor (not required to apply, but immediately thereafter)
• Reside near our LP office & in-office daily
