Part-time Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team!

We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Assistant to assist in hosting open houses and open homes for inspections, appraisals, etc. Our ideal candidate is a bright, personable, reliable team player who has a professional demeanor. Ideally, the candidate would be licensed, but please DO NOT apply if you are actively working with your own buyers and sellers.

Compensation : 25 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Assist the lead agent with open houses
- Meet inspectors, appraisers, and other third parties at properties.
- Download and review MLS sheets
- Collect feedback and / or write an appointment summary
- Complete additional real estate errands as needed (Pick up keys, deliver customer care items, etc)
- Be present for bi-weekly team meetings
