Your Role :

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will :

  • Originate loans through our partnership with over 200 Keller Williams real estate agents in multiple Sarasota-area offices.
  • Leverage our proprietary technology platform to enhance communication and streamline the mortgage process for agents, clients, and the entire team.
  • Develop relationships with other brokerages, real estate professionals, and large teams to grow the mortgage operation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering exceptional service and guidance throughout the mortgage journey.
  • Demonstrate leadership by driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Loan Origination

  • Partner with real estate agents to provide seamless, technology-driven solutions for their clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to originate loans and grow market share.
  • Deliver a smooth loan application and approval process using advanced tools and platforms.
  • Technology Integration
  • Utilize our proprietary platform to improve communication and create an efficient, transparent experience for all stakeholders.
  • Educate agents and clients on the platforms benefits, driving adoption and satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to maximize the platforms potential.
  • Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Keller Williams agents, brokerages, and other real estate professionals.
  • Act as a resource for agents and clients, answering questions and solving challenges effectively.
  • Leadership & Growth

  • Contribute to company growth by identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Teach loan programs to agents, both internally and externally, to generate new leads.
  • Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional service by guiding clients through every step of the mortgage process.
  • Address client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Requirements

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years as a mortgage broker (not just retail), with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales Acumen : Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate others.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the mortgage process, compliance, and loan programs.
  • Customer Focus : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
