What You’ll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique real estate needs and providing exceptional service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, property values, and trends.
- Property Listings & Marketing: Create and manage commercial property listings, using Keller Williams' powerful marketing tools to attract buyers and tenants.
- Negotiations: Lead and manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, and lessors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Networking & Lead Generation: Actively network to generate new business opportunities, leveraging the Keller Williams brand and resources to expand your client base.
Qualifications:
- A valid Utah Real Estate License is required or willing to get one.
- Sales Experience
Compensation : $95,000 - $140,000 at plan commissions based only
About KW Westfield - Utah
The Westfield KW office is the biggest and most successful brokerage in Utah. We list and sell more than any other office.
