Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting homebuyers in purchasing new homes, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. As a New Home Sales Specialist, you will work directly with homebuilders and developers, presenting the latest properties, understanding client needs, and facilitating a smooth and successful sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, homebuilders, and developers.
- Conduct property showings, virtual tours, and open houses for prospective homebuyers.
- Provide expert guidance to buyers, helping them understand their needs and matching them with the perfect new home.
- Negotiate terms of sale and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the buyer and seller.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process and beyond.
- Manage client databases and ensure timely follow-up with leads and inquiries.
- Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and workshops to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A valid Utah Real Estate License is required or willing to get one.
