Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service: Guide prospective buyers through the entire home buying process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.
• Property Tours and Consultations: Lead clients on property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of new construction homes and communities in the area.
• Lead Generation and Networking: Cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed on the latest market trends, community developments, and competitor offerings to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate offers, overcome objections, and work closely with buyers, builders, and other stakeholders to close deals effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a focus on excellent customer service and client relationships.

• Sales Experience
