Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Consult with prospective homebuyers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on available new homes that fit their criteria.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on new home inventory, pricing, and available incentives. Provide clients with accurate, relevant market data to guide their decision-making.
- Sales Process Management: Lead clients through the entire sales process, from initial showings to contract negotiations and closing.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and builders to ensure ongoing business opportunities and referrals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and facilitate smooth closing processes.
Qualifications:
- A valid Utah Real Estate License is required or willing to get one.
- Sales Experience
Compensation : $95,000 - $140,000 at plan commissions based only
