This is what you can expect working with a productivity coach.
- Our productivity coaching program will boost agent productivity and confidence,
- Assist agents set and reach their goals.
- We will meet with agents on a regular basis
- Encourage their initiatives and activities necessary to write a contract in the first 30 days and
- Obtain Capper status in their first 12 months.(EARN 100% OF YOUR COMMISSION!))
- We will also provide a series of Power Hours with activities such as
- script and role-play activities,
- lead-generation activities,
- videos, trainings on CRM and technology
- contracts & forms training.
Qualifications:
- A valid Utah Real Estate License is required or willing to get one.
- Sales Experience
Compensation : $95,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions based only
