What You'll Do:
- Leasing & Sales: Assist clients in finding rental properties or buying and selling homes, providing guidance through every aspect of the transaction.
- Client Relationships: Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on market conditions and property values.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on local trends, leveraging your knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions.

Qualifications:
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
