Job Description:
As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying and securing profitable properties for our clients and investment partners. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate market trends, source new acquisition opportunities, and negotiate deals. In addition to acquisitions, you'll be involved in leasing strategies to help clients maximize the potential of their investments.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate residential, commercial, and investment properties for acquisition.
- Source and build relationships with property owners, brokers, and investors.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure the acquisition process is streamlined.
- Assist clients with leasing options to ensure optimal property performance.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to advise clients on the best investment opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values to make informed recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in real estate, property acquisition, or leasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends effectively.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for real estate.
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
Qualifications:
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
