Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Agent Assistant / Realtor to join our team at Keller Williams Westfield in Utah. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as managing schedules, setting appointments, and handling client inquiries.
- Prepare and organize documents for real estate transactions, including contracts, disclosures, and listing agreements.
- Provide support in marketing and promoting listings, including social media campaigns and open houses.
- Communicate with clients, both sellers and buyers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the buying and selling process.
- Assist in preparing property showings, conducting research on properties, and tracking the status of current listings.
- Support with lead generation and client relationship management, ensuring timely follow-ups and coordination.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and real estate events to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
