Job Summary:
Keller Williams Westfield Utah is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-driven Real Estate Salespeople to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the exciting world of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying and selling process with expert advice and unparalleled customer service.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about current real estate trends, market conditions, and local communities to provide clients with the most up-to-date and accurate information.
- Lead Generation: Proactively prospect new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Property Listings & Showings: Assist in creating compelling listings, organizing property showings, and conducting open houses to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are prioritized. Manage the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction
Qualifications:
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
