Responsibilities :
Act as the main point of contact between potential home buyers and listing agents to ensure smooth real estate transactions in Westport, CT, US.Organize property viewings, lead home tours, and actively participate in open houses to support potential buyers.Contact pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest levels and understand their preferences and requirements for a new home.Gather necessary documentation such as representation contracts, closing statements, purchase agreements, leases, and deeds to facilitate successful property sales.Offer valuable insights on the local housing market to prospective buyers to assist them in making informed decisions.Execute the team's strategic plan efficiently to accomplish collective objectives.Arrange appointments for potential buyers and ensure prompt follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications :
