Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and service-oriented Principal Broker who is passionate about agent development and compliance. This individual has extensive experience in Utah real estate and excels in problem-solving, leadership, and risk management.

Qualifications
- Active Utah Broker License (Required)
- 5 years of real estate experience (Brokerage leadership or coaching experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of Utah real estate contracts, compliance, and risk management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and support agents in contract-related challenges
- Passion for education, mentorship, and agent success
- Knowledge of Keller Williams systems and models (Preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure the Market Center and agents comply with Utah Division of Real Estate regulations
- Review contracts, advise on risk reduction, and provide contract-related coaching
- Stay updated on legal changes and communicate key updates to the team
Agent Support & Education:
- Act as a trusted resource for agents, answering legal and contract-related questions
- Conduct training sessions on compliance, best practices, and risk management
- Assist in resolving transaction disputes and compliance-related issues
Market Center Leadership & Growth:
- Foster a culture of professionalism, education, and ethical real estate practices
- Work closely with the Team Leader and Operating Principal to support agent success
- Support onboarding and training of new agents, ensuring a smooth transition into the brokerage
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $48,000 – $60,000 (Depending on experience)
- Full-time position (30 hours per week)
