Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales experience (Top 5% producer preferred)
- Proven leadership, coaching, or business development experience
- Strong understanding of business strategy, financials, and team leadership
- Passion for recruiting, training, and developing others
- Extraordinary people skills and ability to influence at a high level
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs, marketing tools, and KW systems
- A strong cultural fit with Keller Williams’ WI4C2TES belief system
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Growth:
- Actively attract, recruit, and retain top-producing real estate professionals
- Promote Keller Williams’ value proposition, training, technology, and models
- Partner with the Operating Principal to develop business strategies for growth
Agent Productivity & Coaching:
- Consult top 20% producers to drive higher profitability and efficiency
- Implement and oversee a disruptive training calendar for agents
- Lead and/or support coaching sessions to increase agent production
Market Center Leadership & Culture:
- Support and lead the Associate Leadership Council (ALC)
- Maintain a strong, agent-first culture that embodies KW’s values
- Work with office ownership on Market Center financials to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Lead weekly sales meetings, training events, and business strategy sessions
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (Depending on experience)
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonus structure tied to agent recruiting and retention
