Salary : $70,000 K / YR
Working Hours : Mon - Fri : 8AM to 4 : 30PM
Role Overview :
- Manage operational financial budgets, labor planning, and cost optimization.
- Oversee janitorial operations personnel and provide direct supervision.
- Facilitate thorough training for all team members in their respective roles.
- Assess performance, offer constructive feedback, and develop staff while prioritizing employee safety and timely incident reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and promptly address any deficiencies.
- Ensure coverage for all shifts by coordinating with shift leads and confirming daily schedules.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and administer disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Implement machinery use and safety programs, including forklift training.
- Manage inventory of chemicals and supplies while ensuring employee safety and proper PPE usage.
