Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our operations team as a Zone Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our customers in the designated zone area.
- Janitorial services for commercial buildings
- Maintenance services for facilities
- Exterior landscaping services
- Cleaning and maintenance of restaurants and restaurant equipment
The work schedule includes regular working hours with occasional overnight travel, depending on the territory assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within the zone
- Perform monthly/quarterly visits with customer district and regional management to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship
- Visit accounts as prescribed in the portfolio, review and complete audits, and submit reports
- Submit project dates to the head office by required date
- Provide backup crew support in emergency situations
Requirements
- 3 years of management experience, preferably in the janitorial or building maintenance/service industry, exterior services, or restaurant industry
- Ongoing knowledge of compliance standards (OSHA, State/Federal, and KBS)
- Ability to understand project management and related project planning, communicating changes and progress
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with each client, ensuring best service levels according to the contract
- Ability to manage staff employment cycle: hire, train, manage performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations
