Job Overview
Salary Range : $95-105K
This role is 10-% remote, candidate can live anywhere in the United States.
Position Summary

The Learning Technology Manager plays a vital role in supporting our Learning and Development strategy by managing technology systems and infrastructure to enhance employee training, performance tracking, and professional development. This role focuses on integrating and maintaining tools that streamline workflows and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Technology Implementation and Support :
Investigate and implement hardware, software, and technological infrastructure that align with KBS's strategic goals and meet the operational needs of employees.
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the security of data related to training and employee records, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with leadership to identify training technology gaps and develop action plans to address them, ensuring tools align with business priorities.
Support the integration and management of peripheral systems that support learning platforms including workforce management tools, HR platforms, and analytics systems (Workday).
Develop and document standard operating procedures for technology use, ensuring consistent application across teams and locations.
Stay current with advancements in technology by participating in relevant conferences, online communities, and training programs.
