Job Description:
The Warehouse Lead will oversee a team of warehouse cleaners and janitors, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Key responsibilities include leading complex tasks, providing direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team, and responding efficiently to escalations.
Key Duties:
- Lead a team in a janitorial operation environment
- Support the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding to escalations
- Clean various areas of the warehouse, including rooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices
Requirements:
- Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred
- 1 years in a Lead/Supervisory role
- Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions
