Functions : All accounts payable and receivable duties for specified companies.
Reports to : Controller
Responsibilities and Authorities :
Accounts Payable - all AP personnel :
- Enter and code invoices efficiently and accurately based on established policies and procedures.
- Obtain proper approvals before invoice entry according to established approval policies and procedures.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendor accounting departments.
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely while adhering to departmental procedures
- Communicate effectively with all parties of business as needed.
- Set up new vendors according to established procedures.
- Review and suggest updated AP processes as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications :
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Computer knowledge is required. Previous Accounts Payable or general office experience preferred. Professional appearance required. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Working Conditions :
Will work at a desk in an office setting. Will work with a computer and organize paperwork for most of the shift. May stand, stoop, lift, kneel, crouch or reach during the shift.
